If you’ve lost your device you can use your backup codes to regain access to your account. Click 'Lost your 2FA device?'.
When you enabled 2-Factor Authentication you would have received your backup codes.
Enter one of these backup codes and click 'Submit'.
You should now have access to your account. If you've lost your device please disable 2-Factor Authentication using another one of your backup codes and then re-enable it on a new device as soon as you can.
If you can't remember your backup codes or if you've misplaced them, please submit a request and we will assist as soon as we can.
