If you did, please be patient, the time taken for this to show in your account will be dependant on which coin or token you deposited and if the network is congested.
If you have waited a long time please search on a suitable block explorer for your transaction, chances are that it is still being confirmed. If after checking the block explorer you find that your transaction is showing as confirmed, yet it is not showing in your GO.Exchange account, please submit a request and we will investigate for you.
