If you have completed the verification process and this hasn't worked you will see 'verification unsuccessful' in the Identity Verification tab.
Firstly please make sure that you are not living in one of the states or countries listed here. If you are then unfortunately you will not be able to use GO.Exchange at this time. If your passport is issued by one of the countries in that list then unfortunately you still won't be able to use GO.Exchange.
If you are not living in one of these states or countries and have still been unsuccessful, please submit a request so we can investigate for you. It may be that an image you uploaded was blurred and you need to re-upload so we can manually verify your account. We aim to do this as quickly as possible so please do get in touch with us.
