Two months ago, we shared our reflections from our public launch on how we will move forward. Since we opened up to the greater public, we’ve been focusing on building the exchange in a compliant way to serve our customers in the best way, and to add value to our company. In order to build an exchange with a solid technical and compliant base, we’ve made this decision:
All customers will be required to fill out a new questionnaire to verify their identity.
We will reset your identity verification process on December 16th, 2019, and you will need to complete the process again. The new identity verification process will include a short questionnaire and proof of address.
If you do not fill out the new identity verification questionnaire, you must withdraw your assets before December 16th, 2019. After that date, you will need to complete the new identification process in order to withdraw your assets in your account.
